Created throughout a process called ‘assemblage’, more than 100 different wines, of which 25% of them are specially selected reserve and 10% red wines, are blended together to create the body of the Champagne.
With floral notes on the nose, the palate explodes into a red fruit-filled show with strawberry, raspberry, cherry and redcurrant with a touch of spice all coming together to create a unique and almost addictive Rosé Champagne.
The Rosé is a mix of three wine varieties with an emphasis on Pinot Noir. This makes it full-bodied with heady strawberry aromas. This Champagne Rosé wine has received 94 out of 100 for its 2004 vintage by Wine Spector. It also won Gold in the San Francisco International Wine Competition, Gold in the Los Angeles Wine & Spirits Competition and Gold in the Dallas Wine Competition. Serving it chilled always makes it feel fresh on a hot summer’s evening. Pair with a fresh goat's cheese salad.
